Bulgari SpA è alla ricerca di un Security System Engineer all’interno del dipartimento Corporate Risk Protection con sede a Roma.
Mission
The selected candidate will contribute to the strategies and programs defined by the World Wide Risk protection Department, in order to achieve its goals, conducting regular and periodic risk assessments and providing assistance in all necessary revisions.
Main Accountabilities
- Analysis of threats and vulnerability of store/site/plant/location;
- Verify the executive plans of security systems for new sites (premises, offices, stores etc.) in compliance with Bulgari security standards and in cooperation with Interior Design and Site manager;
- Project of all Security systems/measures (physical/electronic/construction) in collaboration with Interior Design department;
- Verify the compliance of internal security systems to International technical standards and ensure any relevant update;
- Put in place control systems and audit the effectiveness and efficiency of the security systems;
- Manage with the team with regard to all activities and facilities management of system access control and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) under IT profile (CYBER);
- Coordinate with CISO all activities regarding Cyber Protection on security systems;
- Analyze at Corporate level the security systems, proposing and implementing updates and following-up with the specialized external companies and the Interior Design department;
- Verify the compliance of internal security systems to International technical standards and ensure any relevant update;
- Manage Risk Platform and security indicators (actively suggesting integrations and/or modifications) and monitor their trend giving indications to the manager/performing action till the defined security level is reached;
- Study and implement training of security staff and Bulgari personnel;
- Contribute and manage the contrast in case of threats and internal and external frauds;
- Set up in close collaboration with the departments concerned all the emergency and crisis management activities in order to ensure business continuity;
- Constantly interact with internal and external structures of the company that deal with risk management of criminal origin;
- Analyze, provide feedback and confirm events on a worldwide basis, verifying the security arrangement, according to the defined value amount;
- Plan, coordinate and organize at corporate level the security of High value events coordinating with the department involved;
- Ensure presence and action at events where high-value items are involved;
- Collect data, analyze at corporate level all costs of security, and suggest/implement relevant actions.
Skills
- University Degree
- At least 5 years experience in similar roles
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Security systems, procedures and application techniques
- IT Applications (Office, AutoCAD, Internal application)
- Quantitative data analysis
