Il Gruppo Enel ricerca un Junior Cyber Security Engineer per la progettazione e revisione di architetture e sviluppi progettuali riguardanti la Cyber protection in contesti IT, OT e IoT e per la definizione delle linee guida di Cyber Security per progetti gestiti dai project manager delle diverse linee di business.

Cyber Security is an enabler for Enel Group, providing cyber risk protection and improved resilience for a digital ecosystem that is continuously evolving and growing and as such requires to be extensively protected.

With this premise, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Cyber Security Engineer to be engaged with the design and review of architectures and project developments, concerning Cyber protection in IT, OT and IoT contexts, leveraging the “security by design” and “risk based” approaches. Taking these assumptions as references, she/he also will support the definition of Cyber Security guidelines for development/implementation projects managed by project managers of the different business lines.

Working with us will give you the chance to be part of this journey in a very dynamic team working in securing IT OT and IoT domains, in a context spanning different geographies and dealing with different and innovative technologies.

What you will do:

• Collaborating with the entire cyber security team to develop the best security practices for the organization.

• Involvement in the definition of technical specifications related to Cyber Security contents of new projects for IT, OT and IoT environments, developed based on functional requirements expressed by business lines.

• Design and definition of cross-business line and cross-country architectural projects for the Cyber protection of IT, OT and IoT environments.

• Basing on internal needs, and aligning with international technical standards and regulations, define and update Cyber Security guidelines for IT, OT and IoT environments.

• Participation in the envisioning and design of IT, OT and IoT projects to address the correct design choices in terms of Cyber Security and their subsequent implementation, as defined in the guidelines and/or required by the relevant regulations.

• Scouting of products and services (also in collaboration with the other areas of the group) to identify innovative and efficient methods to increase the level of protection of IT, OT and IoT environments or to streamline internal Cyber Security processes.

• Engineering of eventual PoC for the evaluation of market cyber security solutions.

• Participation in internal working groups to support Cyber Security activities related to national and international regulatory compliance in the field of critical infrastructures.

What you have:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology Engineering, Information Science, Electronic Engineering or in other scientific areas,

• 0-2 years of experience in Cyber Security areas,

• Skills on Windows, Linux or Mac environments,

• Knowledge of network, cloud, web and security related protocols, cybersecurity platforms (EDR, IDS/IPS, Firewall etc).

• Programming/Scripting skills (Java, Python, Bash, PowerShell, C++ or other languages) are a plus.

• Knowledge of security standards and best practices (ISO27001, NIST CSF, ENISA, CSA, CSC, etc) are a plus.
